By using Folktab you agree to these terms. They are meant to be short and plain.

Using Folktab

Folktab is provided free, “as is”, without any promise that it will be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change or remove features, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, including lost data.

Your tunes and your data

• Your library is stored in your browser. You are responsible for backing it up.
• You keep the rights to what you write. You are responsible for having the right to use, print or share any tune you add, including tunes still in copyright.
• Tunes found through search come from The Session and belong to their contributors. The data is available under the ODbL; see tune data. Please respect it.

Acceptable use

Don’t try to disrupt the service, overload it with automated requests, or use it to break the law or infringe other people’s rights.

Open-source software

Folktab uses open-source components, notably abcjs, under their own licences.
